Oklahoma deputy in fatal shooting once shot woman in face
TULSA, Okla. (AP) — One of the three Oklahoma officers involved in last week's fatal shooting of a mentally distressed black man was sued in federal court in 2008 after shooting a woman in the face, court records and the woman's former attorney said Thursday.
